Yavapai County Republican Women Announces May Meeting Featuring

Yavapai County Recorder Michelle Burchill and Focus on Election Integrity

Prescott, AZ - Yavapai County Republican Women (YCRW) is pleased to announce its upcoming meeting featuring Yavapai County Recorder Michelle Burchill. The meeting will take place on May 22nd at the Activity Center located at 1280 E. Rosser, Prescott, AZ 86305. Doors open at 5 pm, and the meeting begins at 5:30 pm.

Michelle Burchill was appointed to serve as the Yavapai County Recorder by the Board of Supervisors on July 25th, 2022. Michelle began her career in the election field as a Voter Registration Specialist, then was promoted to Executive Assistant and finally the Elections Manager before her appointment. She is an Arizona Certified Elections Officer, a member of the Arizona Association of County Recorders, is the President of the Arizona Voter Information Database Steering Committee and is currently working on her National Certification through Auburn University. She has also been appointed by the Governor to serve as a member of the Bipartisan Elections Task Force and is proud to give Yavapai County a voice at the state level. Michelle resides in Prescott Valley along with her husband and has two adult children and 3 grandchildren.

The meeting is open to the public, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early. YCRW has several opportunities for service in the club, and the meetings are also a good place to meet and network with like-minded people. In addition, YCRW will host a discussion with Michelle Burchill about election integrity and how Yavapai County assures fair elections. This is an important topic that affects every citizen, and YCRW is dedicated to promoting transparent and secure elections.
